We are living in a rapidly changing world. Much of what we are now witnessing may feel unsettling. Not only are we faced with challenges in myriad areas of our own lives, i.e., relationships, health, finances and so forth, we are also confronted with threats to the environment and discovering ways to live on planet where climate shifts are forcing us to exist in a new and different manner.

Spiritual direction is a process of accompanying people on a spiritual journey and helping them grow closer to the sacred, the holy, or a higher power. Spiritual direction helps people learn how to live in peace, with compassion, and a connection to all things. It helps people replace fear and anxiety with love and serenity.

If You Are Ready to Experience Spiritual Direction…

Our journey will take place in the context of confidential one-on-one sessions, lasting from 60-90 minutes. I have extensive training and am seasoned in the art of interfaith spiritual direction. After three or four sessions, you will have the opportunity to evaluate the relationship. Whether our relationship with the spiritual direction continues for many years or for only a short period of time, it is very important to be comfortable with the process. What is shared between is will always be held in the utmost confidence.

My Background

I am an active member of Spiritual Director’s International and have a substantial background in world religions, women’s spirituality, Jungian dream analysis, transpersonal psychology, and integrative studies. I have been trained in the areas of psycho-spirituality, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, depth psychology and Gestalt therapy. I am a longtime student of the Tao Te Ching, Siddha Yoga and A Course in Miracles.

Fees

My fee for spiritual direction is $75 for sixty minutes and $90 for ninety minutes.
